Taylors Estate is a boutique development in Fraser Rise. The campaign revolved around the concept ‘A Community to Grow Into’ - embodying an attitude that resonates with the customer – house proud, growing families.

Inspired by Taylors family-orientated perspective and natural surrounds, the creative utilises a unique visual approach - considered typography and brand language, and a suite of shapes are used to create a cohesive, vibrant and organic language across all customer touchpoints.

The brand campaign was extended across a number of experiences and collateral, always maintaining the same distinct voice and personality. The project has received unprecedented interest resulting in perfect sales targets.
