Mosaic Townhouses offers a variety of 2-4 bedroom homes in the sought-after suburb of Lalor. With a new property developer on board, we were engaged to re-brand and create a full suite of marketing materials for the development.
We created a brand identity that is friendly and modern, with the new name, Mosaic Townhouses, clearly describing the product within the development. This new branding was rolled out across printed and digital platforms. This included updating the on-site sales office with new billboards, signage, and interior artwork and decorating. We created and coordinated the eDMs, with the first one announcing the new developer on board and construction commencing.
To follow on from the successful sales of the first precinct, we did a branding refresh to launch Mosaic Precinct Two. This included a refresh to the logo, branding mark and colour palette, as well as creating new marketing collateral for the entire project.
