La Mer offers a collection of 57 premium townhouses, positioned within the beautiful waterfront community of Martha Cove.
We settled on the concept for ‘La Mer’ - French for the sea - as a tribute to the Mediterranean, with the idea that Melburnians can have their own little slice of Mediterranean living on ‘The Mornington Riviera’.
The resulting collateral imbued a sense of relaxed luxury, targeting those who were ready to take their dreams of bayside living and make them a reality.
Recently launched, sales of the townhouses are progressing well, with the first few weeks of sales exceeding expectations.
