Kaya is an 86-lot townhouse development located in Hampton Park. As the first stage of a larger development on one of the last remaining land parcels in Hampton Park, our client wanted to showcase this project as a unique offering in an area primarily made up of free-standing homes.
We created a brand identity that would stand out and boldly communicate the idea that ‘Hampton Park has a new benchmark’.
Based on research that prospective buyers would most likely be area locals, we emphasised the community amenities offered in and around Hampton Park through photography, copy, and local area marketing initiatives.
